The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.
Myofascial Release utilizes slow and sustained pressure and gentle movement to invite shifts within the fascial system of the body. While massage addresses general areas of the body, myofascial release focuses on specific areas. Unlike massage, myofascial release does not use oils or lubricants and can be performed clothed or unclothed.
Vibrational Therapy uses Tibetan singing bowls which are tuned specifically to the energy centers of the body. The bowls are used both on and off the body to affect the energies and tissues of the body and support each person in maintaining a state of deep, meditative relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It uses a variety of techniques to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body.
Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Smooth basalt stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.
